Palmoro House

Very pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Palmoro House. A little quirky check in as the Palmoro House is about a block away from the check in location, Mar Monte Hotel. The staff was amazing, especially Danielle and Sean. The room was not huge but very nice. The bed was very super comfortable. Bathrooms have been tastefully remodeled! I would definitely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my family and friends!

I reported my complaint to the hotel. I don’t need to blast them.

Front desk unhelpful. Palmoro house dirty and stains everywhere. Area sketchy. Will never rebook.

I didn’t realize when booking online that this was a sister property to Mar Monte Hotel. To check in you have to go to the Mar Monte front desk at the main location. The room was clean but we did find 3 spiders in the room. The tv was a like tricky to set up. You have to mirror your phone onto the tv and watch a program through an app you have downloaded. No local channels

Nicely decorated room, but a bit smelly.

Very noisy aircon. Parking area was a bit small.

I like that it is gated. I don’t like that you have to walk to the main hotel Mar Monte to use amenities.

Nice interesting charm to it. Nice style.

Pricey, and hard to figure out where to register.
