Palmoro House

We were not expecting to stay in a separate area than the main hotel. I paid a lot of money only to be on a back alley street by a park where homeless people smashed bottles and threw up by my car. It wasn’t a very safe feeling. When we got to the room the fridge was cold and the toilet paper holder was broken. The shower didn’t have any pressure and tub didn’t drain. We paid for a king and got two twins, maybe they were queens but it was not what we reserved. I wouldn’t ever stay here again. What a waste of money for the worst accommodations. Do better.

Room was clean and nice, felt safe and secure

There was no place to hang a towel in the bathroom, and no luggage rack.

Noisy air conditioner, several unexpected miscellaneous charges, far from main building, isolated.

The location was walkable to the beach and restaurants. The hotel room was simple, but nicely decorated and comfortable.

Parking was not included and had a fee. Very disappointing. Good thing there outside parking available.

Good location ; big room.

We ended up stayed in the main building , not the Palmoro building. The smell in the hallway which is I think the carpet already old.

The neighborhood is not good. We witnessed a man shaving n his car. We had to park at a paid parking lot because we did not trust the area Very litttlw cell phone reception in the area too. While we could use the amenities at the sister property, this one isn’t worth the price. Clean up the neighborhood

Service was non existent

We are very disappointed with the stay. Front desk at Mar Monte were cold and unfriendly. Palmoro House were in the bad neighborhood area. Toilet in our room were leaking all night. House keeping were never around. We were totally unsatisfied.
