It was a goof location

I have COPD and on oxygen. I requested a ground floor room . I was given a room on the second floor . When I told him I need a ground floor it was like to bad it’s the best I can do. It was late in the day so I to late to go somewhere else . Had to climb a large set of stairs.

Staff was amazing, friendly and communicative! Such a cute town to stay in with lots of good places to shop and eat just walking distance. Would stay here again!

When reserving the 2 rooms, requested adjoining rooms. Also asked for room on 1st floor if no elevator. Was told by clerk at check-in, his brother must have only seen the comments on one room. Hello, adjoining rooms means 2 or more together. Glucose tablet sticking out from under our bed. Someone else’s leftovers in the fridge on 1st floor. Room on 2nd floor had used shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower.

Room was dirty, sure newley painted....right over dirt grime and hair. Bed was disgustingly dirty no pillow case covers and they wete old, dingy and uncomfortable. Mattress was dirty, mattress cover covered ins yains crumbs and God knows what. Soaps were in a dirty bucket. Only positive was the gentleman in the lobby was nice. I could go on witb wby not to stay here.

Rude and nobody there when I arrived! Didn’t get the room I booked! Dirty ass room!

Check in was fast, rooms were nice and clean. It was right off a street with older Rt.66 buildings, but it was quiet. It’s a really good spot if you want to be able to walk and find good food or bars. I’ll stay here again next trip.
