"Absolutely AWFUL"

The site says breakfast included, but they have a sign posted at desk they don't serve breakfast. The elevator was broken so we had to use the stairs to get to the FOURTH floor with all our luggage. The room has filthy, the toilet was broken & after going to the receptionist about all of it she said we couldn't get a return or another room. I had to get Lysol cleaner & clean the shower before using it. Also made us pay a 50$ cash deposit when we arrived no sure why we had to do that since we booked online. We will NEVER return

"Poor, false advertising with no breakfast offered."

The room was cheap.

They advertised they had a breakfast and it was billed as having a breakfast however the hotel does not serve breakfast anymore. Also, I reserved a king-sized bed room which they said they were overbooked and gave me a room with two double beds. Also, the room appeared to have not been fully cleaned. The was trash left in the room and the was one towel in the bathroom with no soap or shampoo.

"Worst experience ever ."

The hot water & air conditioning.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The windows were so dirty you couldn't even see out them. The carpet was dirty & had spots of something all over it & I don't think it was vacuumed for days . The microwave had food in it I guess from the previous guests . The bed spread and blanket had burnt cigarette holes in them . Which I don't understand cause it was a non - smoking room . The bathroom ceiling looked like it had mold on it & it looked like it was falling down. No phone . Furniture was very old looking. The bed didn't even have a headboard. The upholstery on the chair was very dirty . Some of the Lamps didn't work. Fridge was not Clean. Lobby smelled very bad & continental breakfast was a joke . Exterior was awful. The whole building needs a renovation or tore down & rebuilt . Out of curiosity I called there reservation number just to see what they would charge & they had the audacity to tell me $ 453.00 dollars. They must of been drunk to come up with that price . I paid $ 151.00 from booking. Com & as bad as this place was I over paid . I wish I could get my money back . My husband & I barely stayed in the room. I usually take pictures of where I stayed but I didn't want to show anyone that disaster.
