Good breakfast buffet selection, friendly staff, location decent depending on where you are wanting to go

Rooms a little tired, Room did not have a working safe - questioned staff and the response was we could keep stuff in the safe behind the reception - not very convenient

The outside areas are really good, bar by main pool was good, breakfast ok

Our room was very “tired” the furniture was falling apart, we had to turn the power off while we slept as the ceiling fan was so noisy and no separate switch for it, the shower wasn’t great, I just lived out of my suitcase as wasn’t any decent draws and not many hangers.

I thought this hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were spacious and ours overlooked the pool. Yes thete were a couple of stag parties but they did not disturb us. Thete was also a 100 strong party of teenage Spanish school children who were very polite and quiet. The staff went over and above to help us from Reception to dining room staff abd even one who was on a break outside who told us all about local bars abd gave advice about taxis. Thete was a good choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Thank yo Blue Bay Banus for helping to make us enjoy our holiday.

Myror på rummet. Det var ganska slitet. Lite äckligt att det flög fåglar i matsalen som åt av kakor och bröd. Personalen i reception kunde inte hälsa när man gick förbi. ( 2 st hälsade alltid)

De tudo em geral, simpatia do staff organização e limpeza dos espaço ar puro sem ruido externo embora fique lado da via rápida.

A quantidade de turistas que não respeitam as pessoas alojadas e chegam de madrugada a fazer barulho e bater com portas.
