Congress Hotel

Lukas at the reception was very helpful and provided good service. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. We were able to have a late check out and keep luggage in the hotel facility until we were ready to leave. A positive experience all and all.

Everything was really good,manager and the hotel staff were very kind, responsive and always ready to answer the questions.For breakfst there is a large selectiin of food for evry taste.The rooom is cozy with good pillows and comfortable bed.

く Location. The location of the hotel is great! It's off the main high street by only 3 mins walk. Which helps with noise. It is next to a three lane road which can get busy but the double glazing stops the noise. It's great for getting picked up with Taxi etc. if you hire a care there is a car park 1 min walk away. I noticed it was $1.60 per hour but didn't get the 24 hour price. CLEANLINESS. Absolutely spotless! The reception, lifts, hallways, rooms were all immaculate clean. BREAKFAST is avail there I did not have the breakfast but it looked well presented and fresh. I only had coffee so I can't comment. BEDROOM very comfortable bed, big flat screen TV, I had room with bath tub. Amenities (shower gel etc) were basic, I went to a store and bought better. Housekeeping clean and make the beds and tidy bathroom perfectly! Kettle and mini bar with average priced products inside. Safe is avail in wardrobe. I did not see the bar area open at all in 5 days for a coffee or a beer at any time. It was only avail/open for breakfast. But the shops are only 3 mins walk away. All reception staff house keeping etc were lovely but one male staff member would look at you with such a look it was uncomfortable. Not welcoming. But everyone else was lovely. The hotel provide Aurport pick up for €20pay directly to driver. However if you have UBER it costs €8.

Not a 4 star hotel.... They only serve breakfast, no bar, no lunch, no dinner, and no room service. Which is like being in a budget hotel. In the evening as they didn't have a dinner option or even a room service sandwich I had to order from an online delivery app. The staff are nice, helpful, but the lack of anything other than bed and breakfast is not good. During the day the bar is closed, so even if you want to relax with a coffee you have to leave the hotel, in the snow. Nice helpful staff but overall lacking in facilities

Old used hotel with quite used furniture. You may see at pictures nice hotel with nice reception but by the fact you will find very modest reception in basement and you need to bring your heavy luggage down by stairs, you will find your room with old furniture and some bugs around. Quite unpleasant personnel. Run from this hotel! Just run

Great location, easy to walk around the city and easy transport links to the airport

Good hotel but a little way from the Old Town.

They said they gave us an up grade which we didn’t ask for and then made us move to another room after one night of a five night stay even though we made it clear we wanted to stay in the same room when we checked in. We had to walk back to the hotel in the rain when we were informed that we had to move in the middle of our tour to see the local sights
