The rooms smells like old lady.No breakfast bag in the morning because the kitchen closes before 14.00 local time to prepare it and the Air conditioning in the room are dripping. I told reception that the AC were dripping on the floor and there solution was to put a bucket there

Staff is very nice. Single room is small, but cool enough. Lacked compliment water. Room was getting too hot during the day, but air conditioning is that good, that problem is solved in 10-20 minutes, you don’t even need to leave it on over night. Breakfast is cool, milk without lactose is available. The minuses are, hair dryer sometimes got “tired” and you need to wait for few minutes until it will start to work again (and it’s very hot, you can’t change that). And swith box is very noisy, I had to pull out ny card to sleep, thus I couldn’t charge my phone during the night.

The Hotel helped me with everything that I needed. The breakfasts were delicious, staff was competent, everyone was friendly. I really enjoyed my time in the spacious beautifully furnished room. The amazing bathroom and 24 hour availability for questions. In addition to great Wi-Fi. Great place to stay overall!

Very good breakfast

Terrible. I stayed for a week, the room didn't get cleaned for a few days, bins overflowing, the hotel is so run down, dirty stinky carpets, bathroom full of black mould, the bed was so uncomfortable - it looked like it had about 50 year old mattress that had no spring to it left. I felt like sleeping on the bed frame. Staff are rude and unfriendly. The photos are misleading when you book, although it specifically had a description of the room and a photo. Wen I questioned the room standard (sent the picture from their website with description and the booking confirmation and the actual room photo) I got the following reply " The first picture that you sent us is renovated room (I do not know why it still shows as standard one) and second picture is how our real not renovated standard rooms look like". 3 months later they still have the same photos for the standard rooms that look nothing like the room you get. So be aware, you might not get what you booked and the difference in standard is significant. Definitely not a 4*, would say a low 2* with 0 cleanliness rate? I booked it based purely on the price for a longer stay. I didn't expect it to be amazing but didn't expect it to be that bad either. Never again! So many other lovely hotels in Vilnius. One thing was good though- great wi-fi signal. Location is also good. And if hotel management will comment of this review I hope they have a decency just to admit it was a bad experience and try to improve their standards.

Reception was friendly and check in was easy. The room is clean. My room included breakfast which consisted of standard European offerings. The location was close enough to walk to sights and town square.

walking distance to old town, nice pleasant staff, well managed property. rooms bit old but overall picked it for great value given the choices

Hotel was very nice, excellent accessibility with public transport, staff at reception very nice and willing to solve small problems expressly, girls in the restaurant at breakfast very diligent. The room was nice and spacious, with a view of Vilnius castle and quiet enough due to the direction to the courtyard and not to a busy intersection. The problem was a bit with the noisy minibar, and the bathroom, although washed regularly, could do with some vacuuming of other people's hair. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The client services at the front desk from Enrika and Hilda were really wonderful.The location not far from the airport.Anyone coming from VNO take the G3 bus 15 mins for one Euro. Best deal. Download the “Bolt” app taxi services nicely priced. KJK NY NY.
