Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich (Restaurant-Tipps einschließlich Tisch-Reservierung, Hilfe beim Online-Check-In für den Rückflug, Taxi-Bestellung). Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet (auf Bestellung frische Pancakes, Omelettes etc.).

"Petit hôtel, très bien situé. "

Accueil chaleureux et ambiance agréable. Personnel à l'écoute, parlant anglais. Copieux petit déjeuner, belle chambre, petit bémol pour la luminosité, il faut allumer les lumières presque en continu. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, on peut tout faire à pied mais on n'est pas sur une grande artère, ce qui permet d'être au calme, dans une arrière cour. Conseil: n'oubliez pas votre parapluie!

"Familiäres Ambiente"

Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von dort aus bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Taxi zum Katharinenhof und zum Flughafen wurden vom Hotel aus zuverlässig und zu einem fairen Preis organisiert. Man fühlt sich in besten Händen.

The staff is really nice and make you feel welcome. Room was large and quiet, with air conditioning. Location is perfect, 10 minutes walk from the Ermitage, 5 minutes from St Isaac, 15 minutes from Mariinski theatre, etc. Also, some boat excursions leave from the canal in front of the hotel. I would come back to this hotel if I go back to St Petersburg

The hotel was great as a starting point for exploring St Petersburg, and despite it's closeness to the center it is situated in a very quiet and calm area
