Excellent service. Polite and cordial staff. Surprise gift on birth day of one of our friends in the group. It was a memorable gesture by the hotel. Excellent location. All major attractions are just in walking distance. Great break fast. Several cafe in nearby locations. Enjoyed our stay. Will surely recommend

Das Hotel liegt günstig, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar - Metrostationen liegen weit auseinander - da ist das von Vorteil. IM Hotel alles ansprechend, gut, Früstück (Büffet) gut, Hotel liegt im Hof, womit Aussicht nicht attraktiv ist, mein Zimmer im 1.Stock erlaubte mir nicht einmal zu sehen, ob der Himmel bewölkt ist, war aber nicht tragisch. Ich kann Hotel empfehlen, gerne wieder. U.U ist Frühstücksraum voll (Sonntag) und Wartezeit entsteht. Visumzwang für Westeuropäer (meine Kosten mit Reisepflichtversicherung € 140) ist schade und hindert offenbar viele zur Reise nach St. Petersburg, da schneidet sich die russische Verwaltung wohl ins eigene Fleisch, nur politisches Bestemm von wegen Gegenseitigkeit. St. Petersburg ist eine tolle Stadt, leider sind die Werke der Impressionisten der Eremitage derzeit nicht zu sehen (Umbau/Zubau). Tipp: Mittwoch ist die Eremitage bis 21.00 geöffnet (normal 18.00) und ab 18.00 gab es keine Gruppen mehr, Eintrittskarten beim Automaten kaufen statt anstellen!!! Peterhof (Anreise mit Tragflügelboot) und Katherinenpalast (Anreise Metro + Sammeltaxi) sehr sehenswert.

Ruhiges Hotel und sehr gute Lage zum Sightseeing. Isaak Kathedrale, Herimitage, Newsky Prospekt, uvm. in ca 5-10 min zu Fuß. Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir hatten getrennte Betten reserviert und wurden hierbei enttäuscht. Das eine Bett war ein 1,6m Doppelbett und das andere eine Klappcouch mit fieser Spalte in der Mitte (sehr unbequem). Die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer nicht besonders kühl bekommen (jedoch kühl genug für die Nacht). Ausserdem war es nicht besonders dunkel im Zimmer (weisse Nächte) Es gab ein Rollo am Dachfenster, welches aber hellbraun war und den Raum nicht richtig abgedunkelt hat. Aber alles in Allem würden wir noch einmal dort hin fahren.

This hotel is in a good location only 10 minutes walk to Nevsky Prospekt the main street and 15 minutes to the Hermitage. Hotel staff were helpful, friendly and spoke english and sorted out any issues quickly - safe was broken in room and didnt replenish soap on daily basis. Room was very clean. St Petersburg is easy to walk around and get to the main sights. If you want to do a boat trip up the Neva or canal trip they have certain times for the English commentary so check times otherwise will be in Russian and you can make up your own commentary like we did which was a laugh. Peterhof, the Hermitage and Church of Spilled Blood are a must. Worth going into the Church of Spilled Blood as havent seen anything like it before. Also worth getting to the Hermitage early say about 945am opens at 1030 as queues are horrendous.

Excellent hotel, one disadvantage: no lift

Perfect location and good comfort for very attractive price. Very little noise from outside and inside is huge plus. Clean large room with everything needed as expected at the 3- to 4-star hotel.
