The hotel was in the process of remodeling. Windows were covered from the outside. We were not aware of this when we booked. The sink in the room did not work properly. Sprayed water when on. No cold water in the sink, warm or hot only. I did let them know what the desk is. We left for our contest the first morning there. They said they would take care of it. We returned in the evening. There were no changes. The issue was never addressed in the three nights we stayed there.

"For what I paid to for it to not have hot water and be told it was because they had a basketball team there really stink"

The shower had a child proof sensor to prevent hot or warm water. It malfunctioned and all I could get was COLD WATER.
