The most important thing for me is cleanliness and Hampton Inn was clean & I was extremely happy! Everything else was very good: Service, room size & amenities.

The front desk team was very responsive and pleasant.

Hands Down one of the best Hampton stays ive ever had. The room was large, very clean and quiet. We had options to log into our netflix acct on the tv which is a plus. I also liked the bathroom layout and the door. Overall one of the best for a good price.

Refrigerator never worked. I had to get on my hands and knees to find the one switch. Shower door was not installed properly. One door was NOT in its tracks causing the door not to close properly and water to leak onto the floor. Front desk was made aware of the issue.

My trip here started out as a zero experience: This hotel allows hotel booking websites to misrepresent its features: It does NOT have kitchens in its rooms. It has a tiny microwave, and a small, cube refrigerator. There are no plates or silverware. Oddly, it does have a jetted tub......a few feet from the bed! Worse, the tiles surrounding the tub sides are not capped. I cut my toe on a sharp edge while getting out. I am giving this hotel three stars because of its front desk manager, Nona. She was so helpful and friendly, right from the start. When I found my room didn't have a kitchen, as advertised, she got in touch with the hotel manager, and gave me a fair discount for my stay. She also gave me paper plates and plastic cutlery so I could cobble together a meal using only the microwave. The cold water was not hooked up in the microwave area. I corrected that. No problem. The room itself was OK. The bathroom was spotless, with ample towels. The shower had good water pressure. Nona, thanks, again!

We didn’t stay. We pulled up to the property. The outside was run down and trashy. We only went into the lobby and turned around and left. It was as bad on the inside as the outside. I refused to stay there. I felt it was unclean. I sent a chat message before I left, but received no response. As of today, I still haven’t received a response. The hotel had a good rating on your website. I would like a credit to my credit card.
