The Tides Laguna Beach

The location of the hotel was fantastic - walkable to everything. And the room was perfect, great size and loved that there was a kitchenette.

Maybe a rug or small carpet by the beds, as the floor got a little cold during the night! But we did stay in the winter. Just bring your slippers!

We were close to the beach, we were provided with beach towels, chairs and an umbrellas. Towels and beds and linens were excellent. The manager was very nice and accomodating. I loved the classic old motel look.

Bathroom faucets in our first room needed adjusting. The shower faucet in our second room went from too cool to too hot with just a slight touch.

Location, exceptional staff, pool, full kitchen, comfortable bed, and all of the necessities provided.

Slightly dirty floor and side of fridge. Everything else was very clean and well maintained.

Perfect location walkable to the beach and out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Laguna. Still an easy walk or short drive to the main downtown area if desired. Staff was friendly and welcoming with free fresh fruit and even a handwritten note left in the room. Feels like an old school motel in the best way.

Room was perhaps a little dated but arguably that’s part of the charm of this place.

We liked the location of the property. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I'm not a big person but the bathroom shower was even small for me.

Great location, wonderful friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms.

It’s a little older property but very well maintained.
