Lovely, accommodating staff. Easy access to downtown Laguna and restaurants.

Very accommodating people to work with before arriving and after. Room and premises very clean and neat. Welcoming features thoughtful and important.

Room was very small with minimalist interior decorating. Don't need much, but this room had none. (sparse) Not any (or little) outside signature to identify the hotel, particularly when you're passing by on main road and cannot "slow" down with the flow of traffic.

What breakfast? We weren’t offered breakfast.

Loved the location, the cozy atmosphere and design of the rooms, and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff/ front desk. Appreciated the card left in each of the rooms, waters and chocolate. Great water temperature and pressure in the shower as well! Restaurants and cafes are everywhere and walking distance away.
