Quality Inn & Suites Ann Arbor Hwy 23

The room smelled like a smokers room. There were patches to the wall that were not painted to match the walls. The shower curtin wasn't long enough and there was a lot of water out outside the tub that was a slipping hazard and the non slip matt in the tub was in fact very slippery

The room and hotel was very dirty and smelled of Body Oder and smoke.

It was good enough for the event we had. It was decent. The beds were comfy. Love, the fact that it was closer to everything around.

Upon arrival there was not any toilet paper in the room and the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. No one came to my room to check for towels my entire stay. I arrived back to my room around midnight on my last night and traveling alone I was concerned someone else was in my room so I checked everywhere and then under the bed. It had clearly not been cleaned because there was garbage, perfume and a diabetic insulin pen with a needle under it.

The front desk associate was so kind and helpful .

Room was not very clean trash in drawers. Breakfast was late.

The hotel was old and dirty. I had to go buy Lysol and bleach wipes to wipe things down. There was a chair in the room that had stains all over it. Dead bugs smashed on the walls. Picture frames were broken. Stains on the curtains. She sheets had hairs stuck all over them. Just very dirty

It was close to our venue.

When I first arrived I was given a room with a broken bed. Made the staff aware and my room was moved which was fine. When we got to the new room around 3am my daughter awakes screaming saying it was a bug in the bed with her. I got up and looked and for sure the room was infested with bed bugs in which I have pictures of. I contacted front desk they stated management would not be there until the morning. The staff did move my room again. After that incident I felt very uncomfortable staying. In the morning I went to management for a full refund and he only offered 50 percent off I did state that I will be reporting them as well in which I will be as up Tuesday morning.
