Very unsafe, you can tell people are living on the first floor. It was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stepped foot in. Had to switch rooms bc the pull out couch couldn’t pull out all the way bc it hit the heater. The heater was also broken. The pics listed for this place have to be from a different hotel bc they don’t match. Pool was closed. Construction working laying in lobby. Needless to say, avoid at all cost.

They advertised pool and hot tub so for my 2 year anniversary that happens to fall on Valentine’s Day this year I booked it and bought new clothes new bathing suits for around $200 and then the $200 room ended up just being terrible. I’m here right now today and I have to go up there tomorrow morning and see if I can get a refund and have my ride to pick me up so I can see if I can go to a different hotel that has a hot tub cause I’m not paying $400 total for something basically to not do it for my anniversary and Valentine’s Day this year I’ll add the photos of the cover on Booking.com. They lied about.

It was a nice, clean hotel room, easy check-in, nice hot tub and pool area. The only issue was other guests, there were other guests with rooms next to ours that that had children screaming and slamming doors in the hallway, running back and forth, we had to ask them to be more considerate. We were close to the front desk, I would have appreciated them stepping in before we had to.
