Good location, good airconditioning in the room, good laundry service next door.

You don't really have a private place outside, certainly not in room 101 opposite the reception, where staff just chill outside on their phones. The room seems neat at first, but if you look closely you see stains everywhere and the shower tap is completely rusted. Roosters start crowing at each other before 6:00, so make sure to bring your earplugs! It might be useful for the hotel to inform their guests about this before they book.

Location to Bintang and shops

Very dirty. Mouldy bathroom. Checked out after 1 night due to disgusting environment although I couldn’t get refund and had prepaid for 12 nights. Bathroom has not been cleaned properly in years. Happy to loose my money and pay again elsewhere as I could not be confortable with the lack of hygiene.

Lovely hotel nice and quiet in comparison to Seminyak, staff were friendly and so helpful. Rooms were clean. Brillant location everything was walkable. Pool was lovely and warm and perfect to cool yourself down. Only downside was no fridge

Great location to the shops, on the main road however down the alley way making it super quite at night

The bathrooms are not clean at all, property not well maintained. There is a roster the cries 24/7 right next to the property so be aware of these things when booking
