the staff is really helpful, and hospitable. her name is putu buntu. location is good. the hotel is new simple but clean

maybe the management of the hotel will add more staff coz the 1 staff but all around the duty.

Location was good

You could smell the mould/dampness of the room when you walked in. I was only staying one night but longer than that would have bothered me more. I had pre-booked a taxi to the airport but the staff couldn't confirm it with whoever had booked it in originally. I had asked when I checked in at 2pm if they could confirm what time the driver would come the next morning to arrive at the airport on time and they didn't get back to me about it. I had followed up twice later in the afternoon and at night so ended up cancelling it and just pre booking a Gojek instead to ensure I would get there on time. No one at the counter for check out in the morning so I left my room key on the front desk and wrote a note and hoped someone wouldn't take it before receptionist was around.

Good location but not so clean.
