Mahesa Suites Seminyak

The only positive about this property is the location.

The room was damp and smelt very strongly of mould. The bathroom was absolutely filthy, mould everywhere and didn’t look like they had even attempted to clean it in weeks. The drain for the shower didn’t work properly so the entire bathroom flooded after every shower and the shower had a very small supply of hot water, 5 minutes max. Room was not serviced or cleaned during our stay and when I approached staff they were unhelpful.

N/A for breakfast, the Location is great a lot of nearby restaurant and very touristic place. Streets are so busy, they give me a good vibes in all over the places. A lot of cafes in the area which i like very much.

It was the perfect location, easy to locate around Seminyak. A perfect coffee bistro next door and supermarket. 15 min walk to the beach, go left and it’s to legion beach, go right and it’s to Seminyak beach. Main shopping street/ restaurant road

Not as clean as it appears, bedsheets were fine and bed comfy, but most else wasn’t clean

Very dirty shower and toilet! No house keeping service over 4 days of our stay. No hot shower location wasn’t the best either

The staff was either not there or indifferent. Nothing worked the internet or the television and when I asked about it they just shrugged. They also are not at the front desk when I asked them to clean my room I came back to an empty desk with my room key on the counter not giving me any confidence in the security also when I checked out nobody was there service was pathetic

The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The shower was a massive issue- the whole bathroom flooded after each use. One of the lovely staff left us a mop to clean up after ourselves. Super uncomfortable and I’m sure will continue to cause problems for the future for you guys if not resolved.

Great location! 2 minutes from the Bintang Market. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again. and the aircon was fantastic!
