Hilton Garden Inn Columbus/Polaris

This was supposed to be a handicap accessible room. Did not have a walk in shower. They only provided a seat for you to place in tub. Handicap bar located behind toilet tank? Toilet made noises all night. Sink in bathroom had little room for toiletries. No storage in bathroom. No safe in room. coffee pot only let you brew about a 6 ounce cup which made it very strong. Room purchased through Expedia so they would not give me points for a Hilton member which we were never made aware of. I have stayed at Hiltons before and they were very nice. This place was a disappointment and we were glad we were only there one night. Will look for a different hotel the next time I book. Bathroom in hotel lobby had 2 sinks that didn’t work and two toilets that were out of order. Didn’t even bother to go look at pool or use any other part of hotel.🙁

Ants were located in the room but the staff was pleasant

Ok hotel stay. Disliked having an adjoining room and being able to hear my neighbors through the door.

Room was comfortable. Hotel was close to where I was working.

It was in a nice location .

Needed a few more Handicap parking places up close

Front desk was extremely helpful. Rooms were a bit musty.
