The staff was awesome and took care of/addressed problems quickly. Location was good, it was a easy walking distance (or drive) to Wendy's and a Target.

The breakfast options; 5$ for cold breakfast, 8$ for hot breakfast, or 12$ for both. It could be worse, but also could be better.

The lobby was amazing !

Our room had a bit of carpet ripped up that we discovered had small nails sticking up. The carpet in the hallway was stained badly as well. I feel it has the potential to be good but over all it really didnt live up to the hilton standards we are normally acustom to .

Busy weekend in Columbus with most every property sold out. Arrived at the Hilton Garden Columbus/Polaris to be told there was a "problem" with our room and that the manager had been trying to get in touch with us through Expedia since he arrived at work 2 1/2 hours earlier to tell us our room had been cancelled although I never received any contact. I believe our room was likely bribed out. I was offered a couple bottles of water for the inconvenience which I politely refused. Very disappointed in the way this was handled. Still awaiting a refund from Expedia although this process seems very difficult as well.

We stayed here for a Water Polo tournament that my daughter was playing in nearby. We chose the Hotel for the location and the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to a pump being broken. The clerk let us know the pump had been broken for a while and they didn't have a time frame of when it would be replaced. If this is a reason you are staying at this hotel, I would call to ensure it is fixed. Breakfast does not come with your stay. Only one lady was working it and very overwhelmed. We waited about 15 minutes for one waffle. Lots of stuff empty, coffee, creamer ect. I felt bad for her. They definitely needed at least two people working it. Our room was clean, no bugs, no other issues. We would stay here again.

It was supposed to have a hot tub and it was close to what we were doing for the evening. Plus, we were excited to try out a Hilton!

We got changed to 3 different rooms because each one was leaking a ton of water onto the air conditioner which was a huge fire hazard. They never once said they were looking into it or turned the air off they just left it and didn’t seem to be concerned which definitely worried me more. We settled with a room that had a conjoined room door which I would never buy willingly but at that time I had changed so many times I was sick of it. There were stains all over the furniture. The reason we got this specific hotel was because there was a hot tub which wasn’t even working and couldn’t get in it and it was never posted. It was a huge waste of my money!!!! I would never go again. To be a Hilton and the amount I paid I’m expecting perfect. I was barely a 1 star! Would NEVER go again. To ensure your visitors are happy and safe should be top priority and they did not care one bit!
