used to come to this hotel a lot a few years ago - loved the location, concept and the atmosphere.

But now the hotel looks completely run down, the staff except front desk was not friendly especially the breakfast team who just kept ignoring our requests and reminding us that even a simple coffee was extra and to be paid... pretty ridiculous. I felt bad because I recommended this hotel to my business partners and the first thing they told me after the stay is that they never want to stay there again... overpriced especially for the service you get.

Terrible experience Tiny rooms with tiny, dated bathrooms. Breakfast was included but served very indifferently— not even the variety of juices was changed over the 3 days we stayed. They wouldn’t even give free drinking water over half a litre per room. No water kettle, no coffee maker, or tea bags. Staff were not courteous. Once I gave a small tip for room service, and the waiter John literally came back and asked if that was it? Never seen that kind of behaviour in any hotel. Will never book this again. There are definitely better ones in this neighbourhood.

The Condesa DF feels like family !! The staff of so kind and the hotel is cool with an amazing cozy vibe !! Get a room with a big balcony !! It’s heaven !! The location cannot be beat !!

Very disappointed. They did not have room we reserved, it was VERY loud from 5-7 with Libby noise and film crew literally outside our window. Good vibe but not a good value! Expensive and not maintained well.

Rooms are very simple. It’s a little too stark to feel comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here the last two nights of our CDMX vacation. We always save the best for last. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. The first night, the hotel hosted a wedding party. We were unable to visit the rooftop bar and the party lasted the entire night. It was so loud that we were unable to sleep for most of the night. We considered moving to another hotel just to try to sleep. Before coming to the Condesa hotel, we stayed at a more boutique spot for half the price. The rooms and bathrooms there were cleaner, much larger, and had a very unique style. The Condesa hotel felt like a beach party hotel that had been neglected design-wise. I could have overlooked all of that, but the lack of sleep put me in a mood. At the very least, you should be able to sleep in the hotel you book.
