Condesa df, Mexico City, a Member of Design Hotels

I made a reservation at this hotel through Expedia, but upon my arrival, I was told there were no available rooms for me. The hotel staff acknowledged my booking but mentioned that Expedia hadn't confirmed it with them. Fortunately, the hotel was very helpful and managed to find me another place to stay. Unfortunately, since we were traveling with a group who had booked at Condessa, we couldn't stay together. This created some inconvenience and additional expenses, as most of our plans were organized to include the rest of our travel companions.

The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The continental breakfast was great. Helped with starting our full day of exploring. Will defenitely return

The staff was really fantastic.

Holy smokes the NOISE. All the rooms surround the dining area on the ground floor it is SO NOISY. From 7am on all you hear is silverware clanging against ceramic dishware. And forget about it if something drops on the floor. The reverberation up to all the rooms may cause brain damage. Also the mattress in rm. 111 is more like a concrete slab than a suitable sleeping surface.

Very surprised given the price point, was given unhelpful checkin and checkout service, and a musty room with no windows. Very unimpressed given the other opportunities for trendy and good value stays in CDMX.

The staff were super friendly but that was the only thing I can recommend about this hotel.

The sheets were old and had balls on them from being so old. The bath drain was disgusting and as you showered you had to stand in your own water as it would not drain. There was no hot water for two days and no care to fix it.
