Breakfast was good, you grabbed whatever you needed and made your own coffee. Plenty of food to choose from

Nothing, it was a great location and the view from the property was absolutely wonderful

This was a great place to stay We loved the deck area Breakfast options were exceptional Everything was clean and new looking I would add some lamps in the living area as it’s either dark or very bright. Maybe add one small comfortable chair as the couch only seats 3

The location to downtown Gruene is amazing. Love the quiet serenity, the beauty of the river & feeling far away from the world even though you’re only a few short minutes from all the excitement.

We had absolutely no water pressure in our bathroom sink. It was extremely difficult to wash our hands or brush our teeth. The pool was dirty with leaves & tree debris. Also, the sheets were extremely too large for the mattress, so it felt as if we were sleeping on a piled up blanket for 3 nights.
