Cleanliness, close to the beach , friendly black staff

2 racist ladies by the reception , one elderly and the otger younger. Just because we were black they did not listen or attend to our requests on time.

The Bay hotel is simply amazing, stayed here 3 years in a row and it never disappoints. Staff are always helpful and friendly and location is perfect..We were given a free room upgrade as an appreciation of being loyal guests and the Reception manager kindly approved a very late check out of 7:30pm free of charge as my parents came to visit and needed to use our room to rest. Nothing was an issue staying here and our experience was as always fantastic. Beautiful pools, rooms, staff and views! We will be back! til next time, bestest of regards Nicola & Mark ❤️

"Voortreffelijk hotel met supervriendelijk personeel en een hoge service voor gasten"

Mooi hotel en kamers met uitzicht. Mooie rustige omgeving en aan het strand. Service en vriendelijkheid medewerkers was echt top. Ruime keuze ontbijt en veel faciliteiten in hotel. Echt een aanrader om hier te gaan verblijven.
