Conforto do quarto.

Limpeza do quarto, em especial da varanda, que permaneceu suja durante toda a estadia. Além disso, não houve limpeza um dia no quarto e não houve a reposição de todos os itens do banheiro. Em relação aos funcionários, com ressalva de algumas exceções na recepção e no café da manhã, há um despreparo evidente na entrada do hotel e na área da piscina, com colaboradores rudes em algumas situações.
