Nightelier Rye

Staff were excellent and accommodation has a great location in the heart of Rye next to the beach

It was an okay stay - rooms were nice, but you could hear everything in the outdoor hallway, so bring your earplugs. Staff greeting again was okay, not good, but they were quite busy. Location was great though, really near beach.

It was pretty good facilities provided. Amazed with the nice firm bed. The pillow can be firmer. Was too soft. The spa and pool worked a treat. Pretty quiet for a busy weekend. Definitely coming back.

Very friendly staff, room is soacious and clean, spacious bathrooms. Walking distance from shops and great beach view.

The staff were lovely and the apartment spacious and well stocked. It was very quiet and private.

Customer service in general in Australia is very poor. Staff hardly makes any effort to accommodate any requests from guests.

The room was good size, modern clean and directly opposite the rye pier. Room was clean inside. Thecsad contrast is the small balcony looked like it had never been cleaned. Would not consider walking out there without shoes.

Very nice, renovated rooms my only complaint would be that the room did get very light early in the morning but other than this the rooms are perfect very nice place to stay and convenient location to the hot spring spa.

Best location but unfortunately the hotel was very outdated. We stayed in a room with a pool view which had a litte courtyard. The tv was too small for the room size and the decor was really out of date.
