I left my pair of diamond earrings by accident in the room called. A few times no.answer the drove 2.5hrs back to.the hotel. I BEEN stading at the front desk for 15 minutes no.one has come to assist. After a guess went to look for her she showed up finally after 20.min waiting in the front desk. She checked the back office my earrings were not there. Neither in the lost at found. Lucy called the manager she said no one found them and of course she didn't know anything because no.one answered the darn phone.They supposedly looked everywhere and couldn't find anything.

Crying baby and noises, doors, slamming all night in adjacent room. Hotel was minimally occupied. We called front desk at 12:45 to request discount for disturbances that prevented slo. We were told noise didn’t qualify for a discount
