The furniture was old & worn out in the lobby & the rooms. Desperately needs replacing. I was told Our room was newly renovated.Our room's furniture was so bad & worn out it was a disgrace for the Hilton Garden Inn's name. The tub drained very slowly when you showered. I was very disappointed with this location

"Sleepless in Oakdale"

Although staff greeted me whenever I entered the hotel, not one person asked me how my stay was - not even upon checkout. The room was stuffy warm - like 80 degrees - even though the thermostat was set on cool for a temp of 75. Even with the fan on continuously, the room just kept getting warmer. Hard to sleep.

My stay was overall good. Idk it was a pet friendly hotel, which is great for a pet owner when you are expecting it. I was not expecting it and the cleaning smells were very strong. The pet dander affected my allergies, but I was grateful for the safe and secure grounds and the price, $131.65 on a Thursday. MY ONLY PROBLEM WAS the phone somehow kept calling 911 and cops came to my room at 2:30AM and woke me up and asked to open the door which was very FRIGHTENING to awake to. Then again in the morning at about 10:30, two front desk staff came to the room, I just got out the shower and they wanted to come in because of the phone. I asked if they could come back, I was in my towel. Staff said phone kept calling and they could hear the TV on in the background and they were worried! They had me unplug the phone. The end. Lol.

The room was dirty. Our dog found a guitar pick and started chewing it. Just did not feel clean
