Hilton Pennywell St Louis at the Arch

When we got here our room that we had paid for wasn’t available, but the hotel staff more than made up for our frustration. Robert was so kind to get us another room and Markiki was super warm and friendly to help with any questions we had. It made up for the hotel.

Hotel is in a great location, nice & very clean. Staff is fantastic. Markiki makes the valet service stand out above 99% of places I stay for work, guy is fantastic.

Convenient to ballpark and arch

The room wasn’t ready when we got there and we had to wait for an hour and a half to get the room. They said check in was at 4pm and we got in the room at 5:45 pm. We booked it for a ballgame that started at 6:10 pm. Needless to say we were late for the start of the game. The parking garage was across the street and not connected to the property.

Markiki was absolutely fantastic!! He also was working by himself doing valet, and you couldn’t even tell he was moving so fast!!! He made the experience great!!

I have stayed several times at the Hilton hotels in St. Louis. The Penny well is centrally located with nice rooms and a friendly staff. Thank you to Markiki for the help with my bags as I was urgently heading out.

It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was very dirty. The bedroom carpet was wet in spots and there was stains on the beds. The curtains were filthy on the bottoms. We went down for breakfast and after we used the restroom located in the lobby. The restroom was disgusting. There was stuff all over the floors to where ur shoes were sticky after u walked out of the restroom. I was very disappointed in my stay at this facility. I love to stay with Hilton but this facility was not up to Hilton standards.
