The hotel was beautiful. Conveniently located in the Zocalo. The on site restaurant was good and convenient. The staff was friendly. The only issue I had was the lack of Air Conditioning. The hotel listing said it was an ammenity but wasn’t the case.

"A memorable experience in a lovely hotel"

While respecting the historic architecture the design exquisitely provided luxury meeting every need. Every need was anticipated. The beds were made with luxury linen and provided maximum comfort. The staff was very attentive and cordial.

The location on the main plaza was great. Everything is close by. Comfortable bed, pillows, and bedding.

The rooms that face the plaza are great but also get quite a lot of noise from the street.
