Hotel Mansion Iturbe

This gem of a boutique hotel is right on the main plaza but, once the windows are closed, any noise is blocked out, resulting in a delicious night's sleep in the comfortable bed. Our room was tastefully decorated, with all the modern amenities one needs but still in keeping with the colonial vibe. Step outside the hotel doorway and you have a choice of many restaurants, cafes and street vendors for your dining pleasure. Or stay inside your room and stand on the balcony while watching the activity in the plaza. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is FABULOUS!!!. Hotel Mansión Iturbe is a magnificent colonial mansion, located in the heart of one of Mexico's most beautiful cities. It is is filled with authentic antique furniture, beautiful plants and artworks and offers unusually large rooms with all the amenities of a superb hotel. The rooms, wide balconies, central courtyard and entrance are immaculate. Staying here is an artistic experience.

Nice architecture, tastefully decorated, great location. Tea and coffee service was such a special touch, especially in the evening.

No air conditioning or heat, reception wasn’t warm, although fine.

Our room was spacious and lovely - and had a window that could be opened for fresh air. (something I always need). The internet was very good and the location couldn't have been better. We could hear the church bells ringing but not much else. I'd stay here again!
