Fantastic Apartment, great location for ICC, Broad Street, Utilita Arena and the city centre just 10 minutes walk away. Place was huge and clean and comfortable. Great host and communication. Thank you for a great stay.

"Handy if you’re looking for somewhere close to town but can be quite noisy outside at night."

There was milk in the fridge. Short walk to the arena.

Very close to main pubs and clubs so was very noisy with people and partygoers outside until the early hours. The £200 Deposit scheme seemed really expensive but understandable with the proximity to town.
