its a great location if you do not mind loud areas and your purpose of stay is for going out to the bars and clubs as they do not close throught.

wanted £200 bacs transfer as a deposit to their bank before would give door code despite payment already being made for cost of the room

Great location, very spacious apartment, easy check in, very clean.

The location was great for the Utilita arena and we were able to park for free nearby.

The windows are blown so the street noise is very loud. I had to pay a £200 damage deposit on the morning of check in day and send id etc. I did this and messaged as requested, had already sent check in times via booking.com. Check in is possible from 3, we didn’t receive instructions on gaining access until nearly 5pm. The wardrobe had damp pillow cases on coat hangers inside. The bedding didn’t smell freshly laundered. Everything felt a bit tired and shabby. Asking for a £200 deposit feels excessive for the quality. It could be so much better with some tlc.

Location was good for seeing Peter Kay at the Ulitila. Deposit returned quickly.

So noisy! The windows do not reduce the noise from outside at all. We were right at the front of the building. Constant noise from traffic until gone 1:30. Broken blind, so everyone could see in. Think we had the worse room from looking at the pictures. Not very clean, loads of damage throughout, yet request a £200 deposit.

The instructions from the apartment owner were excellent and very easy to follow. The apartment was warm and cosy and all the mod cons catered for.

The noise from the outside was so loud, granted we were near to broad street but the window in the bedroom may as well have not been there, didn't block any noise whatsoever. However, this shouldn't put people off as I am a very light sleeper and this probably wouldn't be an issue for most people and this is reflected in my overall score.
