Location was good

There was a glass shower in the main bedroom. Several steep stairs and no reception. Noisy fan at night and the electrical sockets were loose. The hairdryer did not work and the mattress was not clean.

Loved the old charm

I think we should have been told that they didn’t have an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Very difficult to get the bags upstairs and no staff to help us. Check in is 16:00 I think that’s quite late when most flights arrive in the morning and no place to store your luggage.

"Cannot recommend."

Location

NO staff. Stained rugs. Fixtures had a layer of dust. Everything VERY dated. Construction next door was noisy as were street entertainers out the window. Digital keys were a challenge. No one to ask for info about the city so not a helpful place for a tourist.

"Perfect Location "

If you are physically able to carry your own bags up stairs by yourself... This is the perfect hotel for you. It is right in the middle of old Quebec walking distance to everything..the room was large and clean. We loved this hotel and would comeback if we traveled to Quebec again. Thanks
