Narrow stairwell. The attic was great but a bit of a challenge to ascend 4 floors. All in a great hotel.

A great location right in the heart of Old Quebec, steps away from shops, restaurants, the overlook over the St. Lawrence River.

This is an older property. While the room was clean the shower temperature was not good. We had long days walking the city in 40 degrees temps, so an adequate shower should have adequate water temperature. The digital key was inconsistent but a physical key was provided for backup.

"Beautiful family stay."

The charm, the location, the beams and the two king size beds.

The coffee machine did not smell good and it was powder creamer. It would of been nice to have small milk and creamer in the fridge.

Pas facile d’accès. Pas de parking. Rue piétonne donc difficile de débarquer les valises. Pas d’accueil : tout se fait électroniquement. Les clients s’entassent dans le petit couloir. Ouverture difficile

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich und die Lage des Hotels perfekt im Stadtzentrum.

Das Hotel ist self-service, das heisst es ist kein Personal vor Ort. Das Einchecken und die Zimmerschlüssel erfolgen online. Das ist praktisch solange alles funktioniert, aber sobald man etwas braucht oder etwas nachfragen möchte, wird es komplizierter. Ausserdem war der Kühlschrank in meinem Zimmer auf die Temperatur eines Tiefkühlers eingestellt.

Nous pouvons pas être plus proche du Vieux Québec. La chambre bien que pas très grande est confortable et plaisante.
