The AC worked.

First, all that was in the room were 1 green thin bath towel, one bar of the smallest soap the company could make. First time I saw one like this was 40 yrs ago. Only thing in the bathroom was a small roll of toilet paper in the toilet paper holder. No soap, no towels, no bathmat, nothing. The shower head was so low that my 5'4" ht barely got under it by bending over a little. When I went to front desk for the items. I got a small bath Towell 2 face towel, a few packets of shampoo/conditioner, no soap, a roll of toilet tissue. No remote for the old television set. The old ice machine worked only a few times.

The last at the front d wall was understanding and very helpful with cancelling my reservation

I did not end up staying, this location has a lot of really late traffic and it also had roaches

I didn't like how I tried to cancel before 6pm on June 2nd like they said I could do, but they ignored me and didn't refused their contract. Also they have roaches and bugs everywhere in the room along with everything they put up is falling off the walls. They need a health inspector to shut them down. I also didn't like how they have cords everywhere for you to trip on and their sidewalks and stairs are dangerous. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Especially cause their staff doesn't care about your complaints. If you have a problem they literally tell you to fuck off and they don't care and their done with you. This is clearly family owned cause no one else would do that.

Trash. Building falling apart. Ghetto neighbors , watch out don’t get robbed.

Love that I spent the whole night with my girlfriend It was amazing.

Add another great night with my beautiful girlfriend and we were up all night enjoying that room believe that

Wish I could have had the night last longer because I did not get to enjoy as much as I had hoped

I didn't like anything about it It was dirty It was roaches and it was small in the bed was not confirmed and then smelled in the room and boyfriend I don't know how I wasn't refund but I am still seeking one.

I didn't believe there was enough space in top level to complain about everything I wanted to complain about so I'll do it here too The staff was not very friendly they were very unattentive It was like pulling deep just to get an extra towel and as I said the room smelled bad there were roaches everywhere the remote control didn't work on the TV and the TV had no channels anyway it's just overall unpleasant experience all together and I'm not very happy and I would like to see if there's some kind of compensation I can receive for the horror boat experience I had

The staff was nice, especially the gentleman on day shift. He gave ecellent customer care. Girl on night/afternoon was nice - just definitely uncaring!

I know I was in EXTREME pain from recent rotator cuff/bicep surgery. But I did not know how to work TV. I 1st called in 1st day/afternoon. Was told maintenance gentleman would come. My son 1st tried to fix, did not work. Then I called back to ask about maintenance-was told he left. Girl said she would come after people she was helping at time. Went to office, she was still helping. Waited ALL that evening 'SHE DID NOT COME' NOR DID SHE THINK IT WAS POLITE TO AT LEAST LET ME KNOW - SHE WOULD NOT COME!!!! SO, I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! 'STRICKLY' Because of that UNCARING YOUNG LADY!!!! I highly recommend anyone wanting 'BACIC' CARE-CONSIDERATION, DO NOT GO TO THIS DAY'S INN!!!!
