Safety and staff is amazing

Nothing everybody is great

Staff had an attitude when approached. Staff didn’t allow check in because they were behind on schedule so additional two hour wait for rooms to be available and the next shift person to arrive. Next shift arrived and decided to engage in conversations with the other staff not caring people were there waiting with luggage and all tired. Accommodations were not an option requested to be on the first floor due to knee problems and having to carry heavy luggage it was more of a take it or leave it I only have third floor !

A lot of funky people more like homeless

It was near my event.

Place was dirty, the pool was not open, other tenants were very noisy late at night.

Elena the desk clerk was not a pleasant person talk to, she was evasive and like not caring about the customer
