Magnuson Hotel Detroit Airport

Not a good hotel pictures were deceiving

1. Slight smell in hallway upon arrival. 2. "Upgraded" to jacuzzi in room which did not work and reported for maintenance which never arrived. 3. Trash bags on top of trash cans in the evening inside of exit door.

It was supposed to be smoke free however the halls and rooms smell like smoke. The bedsheets were dirty, old stains on the wall near the fridge obviously a spill that had not been cleaned, and the walls are so thin that you hear nothing but other patrons in their rooms.

Great for short stay and they took care of my car parking

The Black female desk manager was rude and unprofessional.

The property was very outdated. The carpet was musty. There were constant squeaks and noises that disturbed us for our stay. We did not feel safe at this property so we ended up checking out a day early. Very unpleasant stay.

The best part of my stay was getting lucky with vacancy but overall i was happy to checkout of this dump
