What i did not like was having to ask for towels when there was only 2 in the room ... The room had elecric window coverings that did not work so i could not let in natural light.

The pet fee was a little excessive, but I get that you take risks when you allow pets. I think my only feedback is that the toilet seat and lid needed to be replaced in our room. otherwise it was very quiet and the bed was nice and access to the pet area was super easy.

Leaving

The staff, they where not inviting and or friendly at all. Just not a good experience. Also they do not accommodate locals as per front desk but no where online or in the facilities does it state that.

Love the location beside the Toyota center. Stay here at least once a year. On site restaurant and bar. Rooms are clean and comfortable and big
