Hilton Garden Inn Tri-Cities/Kennewick

Staff was awesome,

People above us jumping and bouncing balls til 130 am

It was quiet and well maintained.

The bed has us both up with extremely sore backs and I hardly slept because it was either freezing or too hot.

Bathroom fan does not work. To noise.

I stayed for a graduation that was walking distance to the Toyota Center. Thecstaff was nice andxalways met our needs.

Full bar and dinner is a perk

I was going to stay 2 nights at this hotel, but once I laid on the bed I went downstairs to let them know I was only staying one night. I looked at the maters to see when it was made and it said 5/21/12. That’s right a 13 year old mattress in a 3 star hotel. Not a deal breaker like a mattress (and the whole reason for a hotel) but the TV was from 8/2011. The front desk person was great and was shocked when I told her about the mattress. I did get an email from the general manager apologizing and said they were starting a remodel this year and offered points (which I did refused). That’s great to hear, but I will say you can’t wait until a hotel remodel to change out the mattress. It says more about the ownership than anything, not the associates that work at the hotel.
