La colazione

Capisco che l'edificio sia vecchio, dato che si trova nel centro della città, ma anche la camera era estremamente datata. Il bagno, la doccia e le altre strutture sembravano non essere stati rinnovati da molti anni. Il letto era in condizioni pessime: le molle erano praticamente tutte rovinate e il materasso era deformato e molto scomodo. Mi sono svegliato con il mal di schiena e non sono riuscito a dormire bene durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, l'isolamento acustico era quasi inesistente: si sentivano chiaramente i rumori provenienti dalle stanze vicine, rendendo difficile riposare. Anche il servizio alla reception è stato deludente. Durante il check-in, l'addetto ha interrotto la procedura per rispondere a una telefonata e ci ha lasciati ad aspettare per parecchio tempo senza alcuna spiegazione o scusa. Ho trovato questo comportamento poco professionale e poco rispettoso nei confronti degli ospiti. L'unica nota positiva è stata la colazione, che era buona e ben assortita. Nel complesso, è stata una delle peggiori esperienze che abbia avuto in una struttura ricettiva e non la consiglierei.

Door to the bathroom didn't close propely

Great location next to the main square. Although it was a bit of a hike up a steep road from the public parking outside the town walls. The staff were fantastic.

The shower cubicle was quite small and restrictive. For a 4 star hotel the toiletries could have been better. Similarly they should provide a good coffee machine rather than packet coffee and a kettle with paper cups! Door key card entry was a challenge at times.
