Martinique On Macrossan

The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed-kitchen utensils, etc. Shower was great, AC and tv. Location was excellent; close to restaurants and shopping. They really took care in making sure everything was good. Ken is a really nice and helpful guy. He arranged the times of our shuttle and gave us ideas of where to eat.

Great position, room was spacious.

Pay coin laundry, should be free. Asked for a late checkout, l would have been happy with an extra 30 minutes or an hour. More concerned with incoming guests than existing. I wasn’t upset about it because they said no, they just didn’t even try to make an effort, l rate that as poor customer service.

Great location and Ken was extremely friendly and happy to help and advise. Made us feel very welcome indeed.

Room was very comfortable and clean. May need to consider updating it in the next couple of years.

The property was extremely clean and in a very good location. Ken was wonderful in arranging all of our day tours for us. Everything was organised and ready for our arrival and his communication was excellent. Thank you. Great free car parking underneath the property.

Lugging suitcases up two flights of stairs, this was only minor for us as we are reasonably strong and fit but others may find it challenging should they arrive when reception is closed.

Very spacious, comfortable bed, everything we need was available to us. Lovely pool and garden area. The owners a great guys and very obliging. Handy to town, an easy walk.
