"An Annecy Charm"

This hotel is closely located to Old Town which is fabulous for exploring. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast available for purchase is worth the price..plentiful and many choices. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel also very close to bus/train station. I would recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, great location (we always stay within walking distance of the train station) short walk to Old Town, and comfortable, quiet room. Would recommend.

The photos are misleading: rooms are small, have shabby decor and smell. A bad odour is present in many of the corridors and in both the rooms we had. The staff tried to sort things out for us but there was not much they can do when all rooms appear to be in the same unfortunate state. The area is lovely but don’t book this hotel!

The location is absolutely fabulous. Close to the train station and the lake and the old town. Great restaurants around as well as shopping. Staff were terrific and welcoming. They went the extra mile always.
