Our room was standard "french size", clean and the breackfast included in our rate was excellent!

The hotel was located right across the train station, very easy to find! The staff were very accommodating and polite. They had great advice about where to eat too! :) Even when I left my jacket in the hotel, they emailed to ask whether I would like to have it sent to me. Overall, excellent service!! :)

The room was very small and hallway was really smelly. The walls of the room were thin and we were able to hear all night the neighbors either going to the bathroom in their room or doing their staff. This is by far the worst hotel we stayed. This is not even a 2 star hotel. Find another hotel for your vacation and you will be better off..

Pros: Friendly staff (especially men at the front desk), very central location in Cannes (slightly seedy, maybe not great for families), decent breakfast Cons: Pictures of the room were not representative of what we stayed in, very tiny rooms and bathrooms, rooms look tired, had to ask for more toiletries and more toilet paper, rooms smell of mildew, hallways have a very pungent fragrance that is perhaps in place to cover the smell of the mildew?, list of ridiculous charges if you break anything (ie: 450 euros for a lamp) I have never ever seen this in any hotel..... ** I made the mistake of leaving my wallet out on the first day and 20chf went missing. I'm confident that the money was there as I took an exact amount expressly for the purpose of paying our pet sitter upon our return. The hotel, of course, denied any wrongdoing but do beware. Always lock everything up. Obviously there are sticky hands....**

Arriving at the hotel was a pleasant experience, very quaint but welcoming. No check ins before 3pm, but they held our bags and gave us directions around town. The room was very small, however, was quite comfortable with lovely French windows which we left open most of the time. The breakfast room is quite pleasing and a good selection of food.
