Conveniently located to the train station and everything in Cannes. The staff was very helpful and friendly, they let us leave our bags since we arrived before check in and also helped us organize a voucher for the beach. The lobby and halls had an odd smell but room was fine, would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had booked this hotel because parking was advertised. However, when we got to the hotel, the parking structure was not connected to the hotel as we had thought, and instead was a few hundred meters away. We let the hotel staff know that having parking advertised on expedia was misleading. The hotel staff apologized for this and even made up for the inconvenience by giving us a room upgrade. The rest of our stay was extremely pleasant and we really enjoyed our room with the balcony!

Great Location and friendly staff, the room was super clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay here and the train station is just across the road. Shops, Restaurant and Beach all super close. Glad we stayed here while in Cannes and would stay again. All the amenities we needed.

The hotel was lovely and staff very friendly. The room was smaller than expected and no cupboards just rail with hangers but otherwise pleasant experience. Very central, clean and value for money

The first thing I would say is that the staff in this hotel were really nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Having said that, this hotel is not of anew overall standard I would expect of a 4-star. The bathroom door in our room didn't shut properly, the air-conditioning only seemed to have 1 setting, although a reasonable selection, the food quality at breakfast was average at best. Having said all of that, I guess the price gave it away. The quality of the hotel was commensurate with the price. I would have had to have paid more to get real 4-star quality.

The hotel is right across from the train station so you ca walk across the street with your bags. Check in was fast and everyone at the hotel was lovely. The rooms are very tiny but are very cute. We had a lovely small patio where we could step outside. My only complaint was that there was a lot of noise on the street and you could hear it all night long. Maybe some better windows would cut down on that. When we checked in the internet was down and told it would be a few hours ... we were not hopeful as we have travelled many places who have said that and it never works our entire stay. In this case... the internet was up and working within 2-3 hours!

Hotel Staff where very friendly and Polite upon arrival they showed us to our room and explained the facilities available. The Room however was dated (except the Bathroom which was recently refurbished) and had a pungent Oder as soon as the door was opened not sure where this was coming from but must have been the Carpet in my opinion. It was extremely poor to have to put up with this type of Bad Oder and spoiled what could have been a decent stay. The location is noisy first thing in the mornings and is above the retail shopping district. Breakfast was only adequate and not worth the extra if you bought this option on arrival. All in all I left disappointed and would not stay there again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Colette. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the first room I was given was nice, it was freshly painted, and I had an issue with the fresh paint smell as I was allergic to it - yet I was promptly given a new room that I enjoyed. The location is directly opposite the train station, which is very convenient and very close to all the shops and a short walk to the coastline.
