Chateau Inn and Suites

The Chateau Inn at Spring Lake is a special property with exquisite touches in the reception area, lounge and rooms. The flavored waters, iced tea and coffees were very welcoming and refreshing. The outdoor spaces were very inviting, overlooking the beauty of the park areas around Spring Lake. The staff were very accommodating and warm, including giving great restaurant recommendations and throwing in a bottle of wine for a celebratory dinner. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for a great visit!

My husband and I stayed here and had are best night ever. Started with convenient walk to beach and in to town and ended with cocktails on the outside patio. The Chateau is perfect location ! The room was absolutely beautiful and oh so comfortable! I almost didn’t want to leave that bed. Best night sleep I ever had!

I have a sister who is also originally from this area, and whenever she visits from Oklahoma, she stays at the Chateau, and she absolutely loves it. I took my 5 year old with autism here and we just stayed for 1 night, just 30 mins from home. I Am so glad we did. This to me, is a 4 to 5 star hotel, with the charm if a bed and breakfast in historical Spring Lake. We ordered our food from outside restaurants and had it delivered with ease, the staff was very very kind, and I was just so relaxed the whole time. Everything in the room was impeccable and is exactly as you see it in the photos. I still gave this 5 stats even though they dont serve any food, but they have coffee, lemon water, and fresh homemade lemon iced tea in the gallery area. It is right next to town, and tons of bars and restaurants, with a park across the street next to spring lake. It's a place we are sure to visit again wgen we need a little getaway! Perfect!

I just had to write a review about our recent stay at the Chateau Inn in Spring Lake, NJ. It's been five years since our last visit when we booked a bunch of rooms for my son's wedding at the nearby Saint Catherine's Church, and let me tell you, the place hasn't lost its charm one bit. First off, I want to give special kudos to April Masco, the manager. She was an absolute gem back then, and she's still got that magic touch. Her warmth and efficiency made planning our stay a breeze. Walking into the Chateau Inn feels like stepping into a cozy retreat. Our room was a haven of comfort with its plush beds and tasteful decor. And can we talk about the coffee and tea service in the lounge? Emma had it all set up beautifully, making every sip feel like a treat. A special shoutout to Sage, who welcomed us with open arms and set the tone for our entire stay. And let's not forget the night staff—Ryan, Jeff, and George—who were always on hand to help with any late-night requests. But you know who doesn't always get the credit they deserve? The housekeeping team. Yesenia made sure our room was impeccably clean and welcoming every single day. It's the little touches like these that really make a difference. And then there's Spring Lake itself. What a picturesque town! From the stunning beach to the quaint shops and restaurants, there's something for everyone here. We especially loved strolling along the boardwalk and taking in the ocean breeze. We've stayed at a few places in the area over the years, but after coming back to the Chateau Inn, we know we've found our go-to spot. It's like coming home. So here's to April, Emma, Sage, Ryan, Jeff, George, Yesenia, and the whole team at the Chateau Inn. Thanks for making our stay so memorable. We'll definitely be back soon!

We stayed at the Chateau Inn and Suites the for our wedding and had a wonderful experience! The rooms are beautiful and spotless, and the service is absolutely exceptional. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff is so friendly and accommodating. As a bride, I had a few extra asks and the staff was so happy to help. Our wedding guests who also stayed at the Chateau have raved about the beautiful lobby, the staff, the rooms, and the LOCATION. You cannot beat this gem in the heart of beautiful Spring Lake. We can't wait to come back to the Chateau for many years to come!

We are repeat customers for many many years and have always had an excellent experience! The beds are PLUSH. The boutique hotel experience is extraordinary! But, tonight, we had the pleasure to meet one of your excellent team players Ryan! Love him! He went above and beyond to make our experience better than ever!!

The place only had a few parking spots, so we had to walk to a whole different parking lot in the freezing cold in the wind and it was very unpleasant. The whole night you could hear people “having a good time” and moving furniture around. In the morning we could hear eveything the walls must be super thin. Kids running around, crying, screaming. People talking way too loud and not acknowledging their kids causing a ruckus. All this was right next to the check in counter and the employees didn’t do anything about it. The interior of the hotel room is very nice and the bed is very comfortable.
