The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Though clearly fluent in English, the receptionist encouraged me to practice my French with her. My visit coincided with a national holiday so although the restaurant was closed they accommodated with the room service menu. There were also vending machines with small snacks (chocolate bars, etc) in the lobby. The bathroom in the room was quite nice and felt fancier than expected. The area around the hotel is not very beautiful, but it's an airport hotel so you can't beat the location. It's not very convenient to get to the city centre in my opinion, but it's the perfect place if you have an early flight like I did. I would happily stay here again if I fly through Nantes again in the future.

Der var rent og pænt på værelset, med en dejlig komfort. Restauranten er elendig, betjeningen virker som om at folk hellere ville være et andet sted - maden er langt under medium niveau, men priserne er i den høje ende. Godt sted at sove, men find et andet sted at spise😊

DECEVANT ! Vous prenez un 4 étoiles pour faire que le début de vos vacances se passent bien, et là vous avez un hôtel triste mais triste (déco, accueil, chambres... extérieur...) Ok c'est un hôtel d'aéroport, mais d'autres chaines ont réussi le paris d'être TOP. Franchement, le seul intérêt c'est sa proximité à pieds avec le terminal de l'aéroport.

A 175€ la nuit sans petit déjeuner, on pourrai avoir une douche digne de ce nom ! Fendu ça pince les pieds ! Très déçu Et surtout horriblement cher au vu du confort de la chambre
