Hôtel Oceania Nantes Aéroport

Super service - godt hotel, men find et andet sted at spise. Jeg blev mødt med et stort smil i receptionen - og gik på værelset med følelsen af en god behandling. Værelset var pænt rent og komfortabel. Restauranten er ringe - og den lever ikke, hverken servicemæssigt eller kvaliteten af maden op til resten af hotellet. Overall - et godt hotel, med en god service - men find et andet sted at spise😊

Hard to beat the convenience of access to the airport terminal and car rentals, especially for early-departing or late-arriving flights. But the failed air conditioning system, closed swimming pool (in June!?), inadequate parking and the massive business convention in progress left little food in the restaurant or staff attention for non-convention guests.

No a/c in my room on a very warm day. I was told I could open a window. In an airport hotel, opening a window make it noisy. The room was dusty. The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work.

No tiene nevera, el agua caliente o muy caliente o fria. El desayuno carísimo!

What makes this hotel stand out is its proximity to the airport. It was definitely clean, and the front desk was really friendly. I found room service a little tricky, and if I hadn't been so tired and scheduled to leave by 4 am, I may have pushed harder. Short story, I couldn't get it. Throughout the evening, I noticed a smoking smell. Maybe there are smoking rooms that were close by mine? Needless to say, I was less worried about the smell, than I was/am concerned I may end up with some kind of charge. I opened my window most of the night to help. The hotel is great for catching an early flight, and offers an express breakfast snack on the go.

Good location near airport but shuttle not guaranteed. Rooms clean and tidy but in my opinion not worth the prices quoted.

We are French residents and paid way over the level of local hotels to use the airport shuttle. Arriving amazing service leaving to pick up our car next morning .After calling the service paving our cases in the noot suddenly we are not entitled to this service as we are going to a car park to recover our car.Ok just take us to departures .Oh so now you are liars could not believe it will never stay in this place again Does not this French girl know calling people liars in English is deeply offensive. This hotel has loads of shortcomings which we have ignored but never ever again staying there

Restaurant still not open

Coffee machine had used water left in it, speaking English when we arrived seemed hard for them and no food options other then vending machine at 10pm and beyond.

Overall our stay was good. But we had a 6am flight and needed to leave at 4am to walk to the airport. The front doors to the hotel we closed and locked. No way to get out and no one at the front desk. Took a while for night watchman to come open door for us
