Porto Sani

This was our first visit but it will not be our last. It is a great place for families. Everything is made very easy for the whole family to enjoy themselves. We spent 7 nights and we still wanted to stay longer.

I would like to express my gratitude to Kosta Zervas from the reception. He is extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help. From the very first moment, he welcomed me with a smile and a professional attitude, explained everything in detail, and made sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. He definitely creates an excellent first impression of the place.

The resort has lots to offer and is more like a small town than a resort. Lots of variety and things to do. It takes a little to understand the restaurant system and which restaurants are included within your rate, (dine around) which wasn’t immediately apparent prior to arriving. Disappointingly our garden room was next to the main road which was noisy and woke us each night with passing cars and barking dogs. It was bad enough for us to ask to move rooms. Many assurances were made that it would be investigated and someone would come back with options, but nobody did. I would make sure to ask exactly where your room is prior to booking as it has really tainted our stay and the lack of care from hotel management means we are unlikely to visit again. Nice resort, lots of variety, poor customer care and noisy disruptive room not befitting of a 5* standard.

A gem, within a bigger gem that is the whole Sani resort. Porto is right in the heart of the resort, making it the perfect place to head anywhere. Perfect for families, may be the children scene is a bit too much but it is perfectly handled by the local staff. Special mention goes to Alexandra of the Porto Sani Reception team who assisted us throughout our stay, making our holiday a smooth relaxing journey. She deserves.

Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel exceeded ou expectations in every way — from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless rooms and of course the outstanding restaurants . I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the staff. Our butler Kostas Zervas made our stay amazing! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Service is exceptional across the board, with Kostas, the outstanding Reception Manager, making every guest feel truly valued. From the moment we arrived at Porto Sani, Kostat made us feel not just welcomed, but truly cared for. His warm smile, attentiveness, and proactive assistance turned our stay from wonderful to unforgettable. Whether it was arranging special activities, securing last-minute reservations, or ensuring every detail of our experience was perfect, Kostat consistently went above and beyond. He seemed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them, always offering thoughtful suggestions and making us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. What stood out most was his genuine kindness and dedication. Every interaction felt personal, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His professionalism combined with a heartfelt approach reflects the highest standard of hospitality. Porto Sani is a beautiful place, but it’s the people like Kostat who give it its soul. We will leave with wonderful memories, and a big part of that is thanks to him.

We have been staying at Porto Sani since my eldest son was 3...now 14 and together with my husband and two other sons aged 12 and 7 we returned to the Sani Resort. This year we stayed in Sani Beach hotel but as part of the Suite Collection we were able to use the pools and beaches across the resort. When we visited Porto on our second day, it felt like returning home. We were delighted to see the return of Sakis as Senior General Manager. Sakis has very much restored the Sani magic to Porto as we felt a great improvement in the service. Porto 2 became our favourite pool to visit. The stellar service provided by pool manager Dennis and his team made us return every day. Manager Eleni also made us feel very special and always made the time to talk. All of the restaurants in Porto are wonderful under the high standards of food and beverages managers, Chris and Eleni. Chris and Eleni welcomed us to Porto as old friends despite not staying at the hotel and ensured that all of our visits were perfect. Another special mention has to go to Armando and his team at Elia restaurant. We were slightly reluctant to try Elia after previous years but this year we were pleasantly surprised at how much the restaurant has improved. In fact we enjoyed one of our favourite dinners here. Armando and Chris went above and beyond to look after us, together with another familiar face, Riad. As for the beach, the service provided by our old friend Klinesman and his team really enhanced our holiday. At Beach House were well looked after by Gianni and the ever friendly Sani Dunes Hotel manager, Nikos. Thank you Porto for making us have yet another wonderful stay in the resort!
