Staff was awesome and accommodating

No coffee makers in the room. Purchases of soft drink and coffee at the little store are very expensive for a hotel that costs as much as it does.

The property was very nice!

The hallway noise was very loud!

The cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly staff. The rooms were very nice and spacious. My husband and I plan on returning in the summer when everything in the inside and outside is open.

That the pool was not heated and that the hot-tub wasn't working during our visit. And the guests who's children were running through the halls and making loud noises after 10pm.

Comfortable and clean room, with plenty of space. Plenty of sitting common areas to hang out. Restaurant on the property was great as well.

We were in Oak section- Not very quiet- doors slammed unable to get good rest- doors were very very loud anytime anyone entered or exited their room

Sawmill Creek Resort was fantastic! We traveled with 3 family members for a volleyball tournament at Cedar Point Sports Complex. The room with the jacuzzi tub was perfect for us, and the king bed with the queen pull-out was also perfect. We had lots of space. The views were lovely, and it was nice that you could take a quick walk to the lake. The amenities in the hotel were great. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the dip in the pool was very fun. The atmosphere of the resort was just what we needed for a couple of days, and it was extremely close to the sports complex. We will definitely stay there again if we find ourselves in Sandusky and certainly recommend this resort to others!
